By accessing or using Hire Global HR services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Hire Global HR provides employer of record (EOR), global payroll, contractor management, and HR platform services. We help companies hire, manage, and pay employees and contractors worldwide while ensuring compliance with local laws.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. Fees are billed monthly or annually as specified in your agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and interest charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Hire Global HR and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the use of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hire Global HR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hire Global HR from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice for contractor services or 60 days' notice for EOR services. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform.
